Janet Cousins, proprietor of Willington Green Delicatessen is also a registered trainer for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. (CIEH).

Qualified to teach levels 1, 2 and 3 in food safety, Janet has delivered this subject for a number of years for Derbyshire County Council Adult Community Education Service and can also provide courses in-house for private individuals and companies.

In addition, Janet is experienced in nutrition, and is therefore qualified to teach the new CIEH level 2 award in Healthier Foods and Special Diets.
